My name is Clara Fortin, and I'm 28 years old. I am a young mother to a 7-month-old boy and a professional sailor aboard my Class40, a 12-meter boat. I have participated in renowned races, including two crossings of the Atlantic Ocean. As one of the few female skippers and one of the few women with hemophilia B, I take advantage of the media attention around my competitions to advocate for patients with bleeding disorders and promote sports, even when facing illness!
I am passionate about outdoor sports, and I love taking on the most daring challenges!
